The meeting in the form of the video-conference took place in the House of the Government today. It was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov. Prime minister of RT I.Sh. Khalikov took part in it. This meeting was dedicated to the issues of construction and housing commissioning, housing provision of GPW veterans, realization of republican address program of citizens’ resettlement from failing housing stock.

At the beginning of the meeting the President of the republic with attendees analyzed in detail the situation concerning the choice of housing by veterans. The President caused on feedback heads of those municipal formations where the percentage of housing acquisition in the secondary market by veterans is the highest.

The concluding seminar-meeting for heads of the settlements initiated by the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in NCC "Kazan" today. Delegates from eight areas of the republic gathered in the conference hall. F.M.Hanifov, the first deputy minister of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services delivered a report.

Minister of construction, architecture and HCS of the RT I.E Fayzullin accompanies the President of the RT R. N. Minnikhanov on a working trip to Kaluga region today.

The Governor of the region Anatoly Artamonov met the delegation from Tatarstan at the border of Kaluga region, in an industrial park "Vorsino". The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of the region Anatoly Artamonov visited the factory manufacturing Samsung TVs.

During the excursion to the enterprise the members of the Tatarstan delegation visited the exhibition of factory products, and saw round factory workshops. The President of Tatarstan got interested not only in manufacturing equipment, but also in the structure of the workshop that had large distances between load-bearing walls. Rustam Minnikhanov charged the Minister of construction, architecture and HCS of the Republic Irek Fayzullin with the task to study the experience of construction of this structure for the purpose of its further use in construction of covered gyms.

Today there was held the meeting of Chairman of the Board of «Wienerberger AG» concern Haymo Shoykh with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. There were discussed issues of further development of the factory manufacturing walling materials in Vysokogorsky region of the RT. There was also regarded the marketing policy of the enterprise.  In the Ministry of construction, architecture and HCS of the RT the meeting of the management of the ministry and the company took place.

 “Wienerberger-Kurkachi” LLC is the largest producer of construction ceramics in the Republic of Tatarstan. The enterprise produces an innovative type of product – energy-efficient hollow-porous  ceramic blocks “Poroterm” of various format. Manufacturing of these types of materials is the promising direction of sub-industry development; application of energy-efficient large size ceramic blocks with density less than 800 kg/m³ gives the possibility for single-layered exterior structures construction from ceramic blocks in compliance with the requirements of buildings heat-shielding standards.

Following the results of 2011 “Wienerberger-Kurkachi” LLC in Tatarstan realized half of volume of product produced by the factory, moreover the lion's share of it is used for individual construction and commercial housing. Therefore at the meeting, there were discussed possibilities of products application on construction facilities partially owned by the state. Minister Irek Fayzullin held the meeting.

The fourth out of a series of training seminars-meetings for heads of settlements initiated by the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Tetushi today. Delegates from six areas (Apastovsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kaybitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Tetyushsky) arrived here today. Akhmetshin A.S. Deputy Minister of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services delivered a report at the seminar.

The regular republican meeting in the form of the video-conference took place in the Government house today. It was chaired by President of RT R. N. Minnikhanov. Prime minister of RT I.Sh.Khalikov took part in it. The topic for discussion was the realization of the Law of RF of 21.07.2007 N185-Ф3 “Fund of Housing and Utility Service Reform Promotion” in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012. Besides there were regarded issues on capital repair of schools. Minister of construction, architecture and HCS of RT I.E.Fayzullin delivered the main report.

He began his report with the information on accident prevention performance on capital repair objects of multifamily houses. Capital repair works have been started in 746 houses (88 %) out of 849 multifamily houses. Further he proceeded to the issues of financing. As of April 11 there were transferred 554,7 million roubles (that is totaled 13 % of an annual limit) into accounts of AC and Condominium Partnership, including: 284,7 million roubles – budget means of municipal formations; 269,9 million roubles – means of owners.

Joint meeting of Executive committee of Tatarstan Republican organization of trade union of builders of Russia, the Union of builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of Federation of trade unions of RT, Privolzhsky department of Rostekhnadzor in RT, Rospotrebnadzor in RT, the State Labour Inspection in RT and Prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Deputy Minister of the Ministry A.S.Akhmetshin took part in it.

There were summarized results of organizational and preventive work to avoid industrial injuries at enterprises and in organizations of construction branch of RT in 2011. New tasks have been specified.

Review contest results for the best labour protection conditions at enterprises of construction branch of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011 were summed up. Diplomas and monetary prizes were handed over to winners and prize-winners.

The XIVth  All-Russia specialized exhibition-forum “STROY-EXPO-TATARSTAN-2012» began its work in the Exhibition center "EXPO KAMA" of Naberezhnye Chelny today.    

The Exhibition center "EXPO KAMA", the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the City hall of Naberezhnye Chelny, Executive committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Naberezhnye Chelny and "Zakamye's" region acted as organizers of the exhibition-forum with the support of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The exhibition was opened by Alyashev Yu.L., Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Training seminar-meetings for heads of settlements will be organized by the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan in April. Architecture, construction and housing and communal services development are some of the themes to be discussed. Today a series of seminars starts in Bugulma, delegates from seven areas (Aznakaevsky, Almetyevsk, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsk, Cheremshansky and Jutazinsky) will get together here. First deputy minister of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services F.M. Khanifov will deliver a report at the seminar.
