Today I.E.Faizullin, the Minister of the Ministry of construction, architecture and HCS of RT conducted the meeting concerning the construction of Kazan underground railroad with the participation of heads of the Ministry, directorate of underground transport units construction, design institutes, contractor and subcontractor organizations. In the course of the meeting there were discussed issues concerning the safety technique and protection of labour on sites of Kazan underground railroad construction, schedule of building and construction works and rate of financing. Issues of equipment and building materials delivery to the facilities of Kazan metro during the period when city roads are closed for traffic of freight transport were considered as well.

One of the main issues to be discussed by the meeting participants was the construction of cross passages i.e. reinforced transitions from one tunnel to another one. They are constructed to provide passengers with the possibility to pass only some hundred meters to get into the neighboring tunnel instead of walking along the entire tunnel in case of accident or fire. The construction of cross passages is a very laborious and costly process.

The regular meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and HCS of the RT management with scientists of Kazan State architectural and construction University took place in the building of the Ministry today. Within the frame of holding the series of “round tables” on the subject “Ways of innovated projects adoption in the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan” there were regarded innovated projects: “Clinker brick made from low-melting clay”, “Waterproof unlinkering composition plaster cementitious and dry mixes on their basis”.

The meeting was conducted by A.S. Akhmetshin, deputy Minister of construction, architecture and HCS of the RT. Scientists of KazSACU, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the RT, Investment development Agency of the RT, Academy of Sciences of the RT, NC “State housing fund under the President of the RT”, SUE “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”, OJSC “Gipro VTI”, OJSC “Ak Bars Bank”, OJSC “AIKB Tatfondbank”,  as well as enterprises of industrial and construction materials took part in its work.

On April 7 within the frames of Spartakiada Games among personnel of executive agencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and RT government agencies there were held volleyball contests.

The team of the Ministry of construction, architecture and HCS defeated the teams of the Investment development agency and Tatrstanstat.

Three new underground railway trains of “Rusich” type manufactured by CJSC “MetrovagonMash” for Kazan “underground” were presented to journalists today. On November 28, 2011 due to the results of the competition there was signed a delivery contract the cost of which makes almost 700 million roubles.

Possible speed is up to 90 km/h, each train set of "Rusich" consists of three jointed two-sectioned rail motor carriages: two head and one intermediate, each of them can carry up to 380 people. Developers paid special attention to the design of a train. The reduced noise level and system of ventilation will make trips of Kazan passengers more comfortable.

The Meeting in the form of the video-conference took place today in the House of the Government. It was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov. This meeting was dedicated to the issues of construction and housing input, provision of housing to the veterans of GPW, realization of republican address program of citizens’ resettlement from failing housing stock. The Prime Minister of RT I. Khalikov took part in its work. I. Faizullin, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing delivered the main report. The first part of the report was dedicated to the issues of safety arrangement observation on constructions sites.

Today the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the RT I. Faizullin is on a working trip in Moscow, where he took part in Parliamentary hearings on the subject: “Set up of system to finance multifamily residential houses capital repair, new methods, legislative proposals” in the State Duma Committee on housing policies and housing-communal services.

The Republic of Tatarstan was the region which acted with an initiative about Federal Program of capital repair acceptance in 2007. For 2008-2009 the Republic completely assimilated allocated federal limits for capital repair and performed all formulated federal conditions to reform housing and communal services.

Today in the Ministry of construction, architecture and HCS of RT two meetings with delegations of colleagues on branch were held simalteneously.

In the course of the Turkish building company “Korai Inshaat A. Sh.” visit there was discussed  construction potential of Tatarstan and construction projects realized here.

The meeting was conducted by deputy minister of construction, architecture and HCS of RT A.S. Akhmetshin. Chief architect of Kazan T.G. Prokofieva, representatives of the company “Korai Inshaat A. Sh.” headed by General Director and a member of board of directors Shamil Chapar took part in its work.

The results of All-Russia competition for the best enterprise, organization in the sphere of housing and communal services of 2011 have been summed up, and according to the Protocol of the contest commission of March 27, 2012 the following  enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan have been marked by diplomas of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

The “round table” with the participation of the head of construction complex development department of the Ministry of construction, architecture and HCS of RT I.S. Gimaev, director of real-estate agency “Ars-Nedvizhimost” A. Khabibullina and director of real-estate agency “Megalit” A. Khasbiullina was held in “Pro Gorod” newspaper editorial office today.

The meeting in the form of the video-conference with the representatives of Executive committees of cities and regions concerning reports made by municipal formations on implementation of multifamily residential houses capital repair program was held in the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The meeting was conducted by the head of HCS department V.M. Inozemtsev.
