Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev spoke at a forum dedicated to promising areas of development in individual housing construction. The event was attended by representatives of the regional center of the OA “Bank DOM RF”, the Association “Guild of Realtors of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Mortgage Lending Center.

The issues of using new technologies in construction were discussed today at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan at the round table “Architectural aluminum systems: technologies of individuality of construction objects and new opportunities”. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev, it was attended by representatives of the Ural-Siberian profile company from Yekaterinburg, Glavinveststroy RT, UGEC RT, Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, as well as representatives of major regional developers.

First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov took part in a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on increasing the investment attractiveness of the Republic with the participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was held by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin.

The VIII All-Russian Meeting of State Expertise Organizations was held at the site of the Center for Interaction and Communications in Construction in Moscow.

The opening of the administrative building of the executive committee of the Kosteneyevsky rural settlement took place in the Yelabuga district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For three years, during which the rural mortgage is valid, with the support of the Rosselkhoznadzor, more than 3 thousand families were able to purchase real estate on favorable terms. The total amount of loans issued amounted to 6.8 billion rubles, and the average mortgage loan is 2.6 million rubles.
