Today, a solemn settlement of an apartment building built on a social mortgage took place in Kazan. 96 families of medical workers received the keys to the apartments in the new building located at 15 Belye Rosy Street. The ceremony was attended by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, First Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Viktor Fisenko, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and others.

As part of the overhaul of apartment buildings in 2023, 272 elevators in 109 residential buildings will be replaced in the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the 63rd microdistrict of Naberezhnye Chelny, the 170-apartment residential building No. 63-02 was occupied. The new building is located at the address: Viktor Polyakov Street, 26.

The overhaul of the second building of the city hospital No. 16 has been completed in Kazan. The updated medical facility was examined by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. 

Since January 1, 2023, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, has established the mandatory use of information modeling technologies in the investment and construction process.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited cultural heritage sites in the center of Kazan, which are under restoration. The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin also got acquainted with the results of the reconstruction and restoration of three objects that are objects of cultural heritage of federal significance.

From January 1, 2023, the minimum contribution for the overhaul will increase from 6.38 to 6.95 rubles. The corresponding resolution was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin.

The meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
