The next meeting of the republican headquarters on preparation for the heating period 2022-2023 was held today in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. The meeting in videoconference mode with representatives of municipal districts of the Republic was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov.

Within the framework of the federal project «Personnel for the Digital Economy», Innopolis University, with the assistance of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, organized a meeting of the industry working group «Digital Technologies in Construction».

Tatarstan's Suvarstroit was among the largest in terms of housing commissioning. Along with developers from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Stavropol Territory, the company took tenth place, with a commissioned volume of almost 172,000 sq. m. m.

Housing construction in Tatarstan was completed by 69% of the annual plan. 1 million 913 thousand square meters were commissioned. The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, together with the Territorial Development Fund and the National Center for Public Control in the Housing and Public Utilities Sector “ZhKKH Control”, launched the All-Russian competition of best practices for managing apartment buildings “The Best House. The best yard. The competition will consider already implemented practices, technologies, as well as management decisions.

Starting July 1, all types of utilities will rise in price in Tatarstan. Residents of the republic will receive a payment document with new tariffs in August. Changes in tariffs will occur within the framework of the Forecast of socio-economic development of Russia and in the Republic of Tatarstan will not exceed 6.2%.

On June 29, 2022, as part of a press conference at TASS, the concept of holding the International Construction Championship, which will be held in Kazan on October 5–8, was presented. In 2022, the championship joined the line of projects of the "Russia - Land of Opportunities" platform, becoming an important event in the framework of the implementation of new development strategies in modern conditions.

Today, an online press conference dedicated to the preparatory stages of the II International Construction Championship was held at the site of the TASS press center. Aleksey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, answered the questions of organizing and holding the event.
