In Tatarstan, on November 9, 2024, the housing commissioning plan was fulfilled by 97% - 3 million 57 thousand square meters were commissioned. The landscaping of the first stage of the territory of Bolshoy Chaikovo Lake has been completed in Kazan. The public space has been updated thanks to the implementation of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment".

Today, two mobile boiler plants were tested at the production site of Kazenergo JSC. The installations are necessary for rapid response to emergency situations, heating water in the heating and ventilation system with the possibility of connecting to existing systems in a minimum time. There are 2 such complexes in the republic, they can heat both residential buildings and social facilities – kindergartens, schools, cultural and sports institutions, and so on.

The new building, built at the expense of investments from the State Housing Fund, will house public sector workers, young families, orphaned children and participants in the "Social Mortgage in rural Areas" program. This will make it possible to fulfill one of the main tasks of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" — providing affordable and comfortable housing for our citizens.

Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by Eduard Khialeev, Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, and Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the institutions of the penitentiary department - pre-trial detention centers No. 1 and No. 2 stationed in Kazan, and also got acquainted with the construction of a new pre-trial detention center.

The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the construction of the new building of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G.Kamal. He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova and others.

In the city of Bugulma, Bugulminsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, the first stage of landscaping of the park along Vladimir Lenin Street has been completed. The landscaping area was 11700.0 sq. m. meters.
