The next meeting of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on "Infrastructure for Life" took place today.

The meeting was held by the chairman of the Commission, Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was held via videoconference.

In 2025, 51 public spaces will be improved in Tatarstan under the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment". The program is implemented within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".

The renovation program includes 7 facilities that won the All-Russian Competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. These are, in particular, the projects "Upper Promenade of the Sviyaga coast" in Sviyazhsk, Zelenodolsk municipal district, "Development of Vokzalnaya and Ometova Streets" in the city of Agryz, Agryz municipal district, "Quantum Boulevard" in Innopolis, Verkhneuslonsky municipal district, "Arsky plots - a new life of the historical quarter" in the city of Arsk, Arsky municipal district.

A two-storey kindergarten is under construction in the urban-type settlement of Apastovo in the Apastovsky district. The preschool educational institution with a total area of 1,981 square meters is designed for 80 places.

Facade and interior finishing works, installation of external and internal engineering networks are currently being carried out here. The entrance group is also set. The operational readiness of the facility is 74%.

The kindergarten in the Apastovsky district is being built according to the federal project "Modern appearance of rural areas".

"This is an analogue of the federal program "Time of Heroes", implemented on behalf of the President of the country," said Rustam Minnikhanov.

The main objectives of the program are to form and train a team of promising leaders from among the participants and veterans of the Free military, who will have the opportunity to realize their potential in the system of state and municipal administration in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as in other areas.

In the Volga Federal District, the municipal infrastructure is being modernized with the involvement of concessional loans from the National Welfare Fund and financial support from the federal budget. The operator of these programs is the Territorial Development Fund (RDF).

Tatarstan continues to prepare for the start of the "Our Yard" program in 2025. According to the RT Urban Development Institute Foundation, on February 10, the republic began purchasing equipment for equipping courtyards – sports, children's, etc. As of February 14th. of the total program limit, 80% of the equipment has been recruited. This year, the range of children's and sports equipment has been expanded by another local manufacturer, the company is located in the Drozhzhanovsky district.

The implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings continues in Tatarstan. At the moment, municipalities have submitted a preliminary list of houses for an additional limit, and work is underway to coordinate defective lists with the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic and form a program in the state information system for monitoring housing stock.

In Tatarstan, 213 facilities in the field of education will be overhauled. This was announced on Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Thus, 33 schools, boarding schools, orphanages and an extracurricular work center will be completely renovated in 23 municipalities. There are functional areas in 83 schools and food halls in 74 educational institutions.

Major repairs of the obstetric building of the regional hospital with a perinatal center are being completed in Nizhnekamsk.

The obstetric building is located on Mendeleev Street. It is a four-storey building with a total area of 4,490 sq. m. The m is designed for 120 beds.

Specialists carry out interior and facade work, install plumbing equipment. The percentage of operational readiness of the facility is 92%.

Today, the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, as part of a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, took part in the solemn ceremony of settling an 18-storey rental house for KAMAZ employees. The event was attended by Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services.

There are 179 apartments in the single–entrance building, including 108 one–room apartments, 53 two–room apartments and 18 three-room apartments. Their total area is 8.8 thousand square meters.m.
