Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin took part in a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the Assembly of Regional public councils in the field of construction and housing of the Russian Federation.

The reconstruction of biological treatment facilities in Kazan under the national Ecology project was completed by 96%, construction and installation work on the reclamation of silt fields - by 73%. The plan for housing commissioning in the Republic has been fulfilled by 92%, which is 2 million 909 thousand square meters, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin said at a weekly meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

49% of the planned volume - 115 apartment buildings with a total area of 723 thousand square meters were commissioned through commercial construction. The annual plan for communal housing was fulfilled by 78%. Of the 56 houses scheduled for delivery this year, 29 are ready. Their total area is 126 thousand square meters.m. In the field of individual housing construction, 15,262 houses with an area of 2 million 60 thousand square meters were commissioned.

To provide housing for orphans, it is necessary to purchase 621 residential premises, of which 4 state contracts have been concluded for 521 residential premises in 23 municipalities.

In the category of "Large families with 5 or more children" – out of 28 certificates, 25 were sold for a total area of 2,300 sq.m. For the rest of the families who have received certificates, the State Housing Fund is working on the selection of residential premises.

All 84 young families included in the current year's program used the subsidy funds.

In Kazan, the landscaping of the park of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan is nearing completion. The work is carried out thanks to the federal program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Housing and urban environment".

The number of users who have installed the Public Services mobile application on their electronic devices.The number of houses in the Republic of Tatarstan has already exceeded 145 thousand.

On October 17, Kazan will host a forum on commercial real estate, which will become a platform for sharing experiences and discussing topical issues in this area. More than 150 participants, including construction companies, architects, real estate agencies and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, will gather to discuss key topics related to the development of the construction sector.

A round table on the topic: "Above 20: how to buy a house in autumn 2024" was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction with the participation of representatives of developers.  The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

Due to investments of the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan in the residential area "Salavat Kupere" of Kazan, it is planned to complete 6 residential buildings for 880 apartments by the end of this year.
