Shakirova Bibikamal Shayakhmetovna, who lives in village Kildebyak, was born on November 2, 1918 in village Kildebyak. She meets her 95-year anniversary in a new house built under the program on the provision of housing for veterans and widows of veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

The line for the production of gypsum tongue-and-groove boards was launched today at plant “Fonika – Gips” in Kamsko-Ustinsky area of Tatarstan. The opening ceremony was attended by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov. The new production line for tongue-and-groove boards used for interior walls in living areas, is the next step of the development of plant “Fonika – Gips”, which was launched in June 2013. Using foreign equipment and high-quality gypsum dug near the plant, 300,000 square meters of boards will be produced per year. The new line will complement the already existing production of plasterboard and dry construction mixtures; the total investment in the creation of the enterprise amounted to 5 billion rubles. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the new line, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov noted that plant “Fonika – Gips” had appeared not coincidentally in Tatarstan. “We have a great volume of construction; for many years, Tatarstan has been ranked third in Russia in terms of the housing commission, and we see that although the Universiade is over, the construction volume is the same”, said the Head of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This year, 82 model complexes combining a local police station with living quarters are to be built in 39 areas of Tatarstan under the Comprehensive Program on crime prevention in the Republic of Tatarstan scheduled for 2011-2014. Two houses are being built in villages Novoye Kashirovo and Russky Aktash in Almetyevsky area.
