A new program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure is being actively implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan. The operator of the housing and communal services modernization program is the PPK "Territorial Development Fund".

In 2023, the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan built 64 houses with a total area of 160.7 thousand square meters throughout the republic and provided comfortable housing for 2,966 Tatarstan families under affordable preferential terms of a social mortgage.

Rustam Minnikhanov visited a number of Kazan facilities under construction. He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov and Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Despite the severe frosts, it was warm in the houses of Tatarstan residents. All this happened thanks to the uninterrupted and high-quality work of the housing and communal services staff, who were on duty all holidays. During the cold weather, the temperature regime of the coolant was increased, which made it possible to ensure a comfortable temperature in the houses.

A modular paramedic and obstetric center has been opened in the village of Vyazovka, Bugulma district. The FAP was built within the framework of the program "Modernization of the primary health care of the Republic of Tatarstan" of the national project "Healthcare".

"The Vysokogorsky municipal district annually shows high development results in all major economic indicators. According to the results of the first half of 2023, the Vysokogorsky district ranks 10th in the ranking of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan," said Marat Aizatullin, Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, the opening of the new village council building in the Vysokogorsky rural settlement took place in a solemn atmosphere. The event was attended by Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Fund for the Support of Shareholders of the Republic of Tatarstan has received permission to put into operation an underground parking lot in the residential complex "Ministry of Emergency Situations", located at 1K6 Zur Uram str. 186 parking spaces of deceived shareholders.
