In the residential area of «Salavat Kupere», the settlement of three new houses built under the social mortgage program has begun. 420 families will receive the keys to the new apartments.

A round table on the topic: "The game for improvement: what are the results of the real estate market ends in 2023" was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction with the participation of representatives of banks and developers.  The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

According to the housing construction program, the plan set for 2023 has been exceeded by 8.6%. As of today, 3 million 365 thousand square meters have been commissioned in the region. This was announced at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
