All 14 programs for the construction of social and cultural facilities have been completed in full within the limits of the current year. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
The two-storey preschool educational institution with a total area of 3.8 thousand square meters is designed for 220 places for children from 3 to 7 years old.
Tatarstan has fulfilled and exceeded the housing commissioning plan set for 2025. In the coming days, the republic expects to step over the bar set last year.
This year, the republican programs of capital repairs and construction of children's health camps included 20 facilities. The financing exceeded 970 million rubles.
Under the Social Mortgage program, a 24-apartment apartment building was built in the village of Verkhny Uslon, Verkhneuslonsky municipal district. The facility has received an opinion on compliance with the requirements of the project documentation.
Construction of the new detention center building began in 2022. The facility is designed for a thousand people. The building area was almost 22 thousand square meters.
Four cultural facilities are under construction this year. All of them are included in the state program "Integrated Rural Development" with financing of over 977 thousand rubles. The new health camp has four sleeping buildings with 30 beds each, a staff house, a club, a canteen, a medical unit, a warehouse and a checkpoint.
