Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin spoke about the programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities and the reconstruction of communal infrastructure at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 356 thousand Tatarstan citizens took part in the online voting on the selection of public territories planned for improvement in 2024. As of May 27, 1 million 904 thousand square meters were commissioned in Tatarstan, which is 61% of the annual plan. Small towns with a population of up to 200 thousand people, as well as historical settlements of federal and regional significance, except for cities of federal significance and administrative centers of the subjects of the Russian Federation, are allowed to participate in the competition.

Currently, in the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the implementation of the national project “Healthcare”, the construction of a multidisciplinary polyclinic of the Zelenodolsk Central District Hospital is being carried out in the village of Osinovo.

In 2023, 751 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 487 thousand square meters will be repaired in the republic as part of the capital repair program.
