Last year, the Lenin Square reconstruction project won the Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements, so the RF Ministry of Construction allocated 50 million rubles for the reconstruction of the area. Rustem Latypov, Director of the Construction Department under the Executive Committee of the Elabuga District, said that the improvement was planned to be completed by May 2020. After the transformation, new paths, shrubs, children's playgrounds, benches, and even an amphitheater will appear on Lenin Square.

The construction and overhaul of medical facilities in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020 were discussed at the Glavinveststroy RT State Institution. In 2020, the construction of 43  medical and obstetrical stations is planned in the republic, 7 of which will be implemented as part of the national Healthcare project. At the meeting, it was noted that as for today the design and survey work is being carried out on all objects and documents are being prepared for transfer to tenders. The meeting participants also considered issues on the formation of a new program for the construction and overhaul of reception and diagnostic departments and discussed the progress of the construction of other health facilities.

Workers of the rear and widows of war veterans will receive 5 thousand rubles in addition to the federal payment. Thus, more than 34 thousand veterans will receive additional support.

The Committee of the State Council of Tatarstan on housing policy and infrastructure development recommended to the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan replicate the experience of implementing the "Smart City" project in the republic. These are Innopolis, Yelabuga and Almetyevsk. The first deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan also said that under the "Smart City" project, automation systems had been introduced in apartment buildings in cities. All apartments are finished, equipped with the necessary equipment and sensors. Funding for the project will be allocated from the budget of Tatarstan. The shelter will carry out redevelopment and re-equipment of the basement and ground floor. In total, more than 433 million rubles will be spent on construction. In Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan will be built a school with 500 seats with a stadium and restrooms for more than 433 million rubles. On the territory of the school will be located playgrounds for outdoor games and quiet relaxation, a stadium with a field for mini-soccer and treadmills, a playground for playing volleyball and gymnastics. The school building will be three-story with a basement. On the ground floor will be premises for recreation or restoration, an assembly hall with 200 seats and a dining room with 250 seats. On the second floor will be placed sports hall, laboratory assistants, home economics classrooms, a library. On the third floor will be classrooms. The total area of ​​the building will be about 8 thousand square meters. The work will last from the date of the conclusion of the state contract to the 1st of March, 2021. The construction will be financed from the budget of Tatarstan.

A series of meetings with representatives of large developers was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. For the remaining 120 objects of the 2020 investment program, the degree of readiness is as follows: 12 objects are in a high degree of readiness, 61 objects are in an average degree, 47 objects are in a low degree. Regarding individual housing construction, in 2020 it is planned to build and commission 10 thousand 680 houses with an area of ​​1 million 388 thousand square meters.  On the 6th of February, 902 individual residential buildings with an area of ​​117 thousand square meters were commissioned. Alexey Frolov added that this year it is planned to renovate 788 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​4.5 million square meters.
