Under the Social Mortgage program, a 179-apartment building was built in Naberezhnye Chelny, located on 55th Anniversary of KAMAZ Street. The facility has received an opinion on compliance with the requirements of the project documentation.

A visiting meeting of the Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development was held in Laishevsky district today, where parliamentarians discussed the implementation of a program to modernize public infrastructure in the republic. 

The three-storey building of the House of culture with a total area of 2088 square meters was built in 1968. As part of the program, engineering networks, facade and roof have been repaired here. 

In Tatarstan, 663 out of 677 courtyards have been accepted as part of the "Our Yard" program.

The annual housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 96% - 3.144 million square meters have been commissioned. An off-site meeting of the headquarters in the framework of Incident No. 55 was held today at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, the main topic of which was the assessment and improvement of the efficiency of the treatment facilities built and reconstructed within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being". The event was held via videoconference with the connection of all regions of Russia.

The meeting was led by Alexander Kozlov, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, Maxim Korolkov, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, and Alexey Yeresko, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin took part in the work.

The builders repaired the main building, the food hall, the laundry room, the storage room, the roof and the facade. The installation of window and door openings, entrance groups, and installation of internal engineering networks has been carried out here. 

During the work on the 6.3 km section along Pushkin and Lenin Streets, metal pipes were replaced with wear-resistant polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 110 mm, 73 wells and 10 fire hydrants were installed.
