On October 8, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov informed that the number of accidents in construction sphere decreased as compared to the same period of the previous year.

On October 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Turkish Minister of economy Nihat Zeybekci took part in the opening of two new plants of Şişecam company, - “Trakya Glass Rus” (production of construction glass), and “Automotive Glass Alliance Rus” (production of automotive glass) in Alabuga Special Economic Zone (Yelabuga, Tatarstan).  

Today in the Specialized class "School of literate consumer" in the College utilities Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of RT was held a seminar for the Chairmen and activists of the Council of apartment buildings. The training was attended by about 25 people.

The lesson covered a number of issues including the reform of housing and communal services and changes in the housing code, the legal and judicial practice, learning the basics of energy efficiency, interaction of tips with management companies.

The Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation held a meeting on the issue of assistance to law enforcement agencies in the relevant expertise in the field of construction and housing. The meeting took place on 4th of October under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of construction of Russia Leonid Stavitskiy, with the participation of representatives of law enforcement bodies and the Ministry's subordinate organizations.

Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan in the period from 1st of August to 1st of October was conducted a population survey on "Growth of tariffs for housing and communal services in Kazan". The aim of the survey was the examination and identification of assessment of satisfaction of residents of the city the quality of housing and communal services.

To attract funding in housing developed a special credit program. Pilot boxed product can be launched before the end of 2016. About it in the meeting of the working group on housing, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, the Deputy head of the Ministry of construction of Russia Andrei Chibis. The event took place on 30 September in Sochi.

The current heating season, heat supply to residential areas of the city started in Chelny on the order of the head of the Executive Committee on 1st of October. Naberezhnye Chelny zonal housing inspection for the period of start-up of heat arranged a telephone hotline.
To date, the number of heat not served in 7 houses. (HOA Cosy - 2 houses, TSZH Soyuz - 2 houses, condominiums 47-35 – 1 house, HOA 53/26 - 1 building). There is the decision of homeowners to postpone.

In Tatarstan within the framework of "Strategy-2030" was held the signing of the agreement on the establishment of the construction cluster. It is expected that the cluster will reduce the cost of real estate, the prices of construction materials and also reduce production costs. 

"Such a significant event plays an important role in our industry. Construction in the Republic over the last ten years has been developing quite actively. In the last few years we more and more increasing, this suggests that the potential of construction industry of the Republic is large enough, it develops," - said Alexey Frolov. 

In the Republic of Tatarstan, Inspection of state construction supervision and State labour Inspectorate since the beginning of 2016 held 861 check in sphere of labor protection. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection issued 404 regulations for a total amount of 15.6 million rubles.

Today Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a videoconference meeting of the Republican headquarters, which reviewed the preparation of objects of fuel and energy and housing complexes for the heating season the period of 2016-2017 years.
