Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with a delegation of “Kazakhstan Housing and Construction Corporation” JSC.

The Republic of Tatarstan is interested in developing cooperation with “Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Company” “Atomenergoproyekt” OJSC (“NIAEP”) regarding the implementation of major projects. This was announced today by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in Nizhny Novgorod within the framework of the Company’s activities presentation.  

This morning President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Nizhniy Novgorod. The delegation is accompanied by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing I.E.Faizullin.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the review of the investment project on the reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities of Almetyevsk city using the technologies developed by “YevroAktsentSaba” LLC in cooperation with German manufacturer of water purification equipment “Bioworks”.

As of April 20th, 2013 nearly 822 square meters of housing equal to 104 per cent compared to the last year have been commissioned in Tatarstan. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the national videoconference meeting with all municipal areas of Tatarstan.

The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

Since the beginning of 2013 in respect of construction participants the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued 165 decisions, including 71 decisions on the objects of  investment and private residential construction, 17 decisions on the objects of social mortgage program, and 2 decisions on the Universiade objects, for the violation of occupational safety standards. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the republican videoconference meeting with all municipal areas of Tatarstan.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the design of housing facilities of the 1st start-up complex of a geographically separated innovation center “Innopolis”.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Interdepartamental Commission on resettlement of citizens of village Alan of Nizhnekamsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan and village Martysh of Tukaevsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan outside of the sanitary protection zone of Nizhnekamsky industrial hub.

The concept of the master plan of project “Smart City Kazan” and issues of further implementation of the project were discussed today at a meeting held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the Malaysian consortium represented by AJM Planning & Urban Design Group, Straits Consulting Engineers, and Amanah Capital Group Limited (ACGL).
