Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin is on his working visit in Moscow. He attended the meeting held by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation on the application of the Rules for public services provision to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and houses approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No.354 of May 6th, 2011.

Today, a meeting of the working group on occupational health and safety in the construction sector took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin. The meeting was attended by experts of construction companies. After welcoming the participants, Deputy Minister A.S.Akhmetshin told about the measures taken by construction companies to comply with safety regulations. According to A.S.Akhmetshin occupational health and safety is a priority for the sector, and therefore it requires special attention. The participants considered the plan to provide occupational health and safety for the current year as well as listened to the reports on the issue.

Today First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan F.M. Khanifov held a meeting on the eliminations of the deviations identified in the course of the operation of the parquet flooring of the two halls of sports facility “Basket-Hall”. It is to be recalled that this facility was built in 2002. After ten years of its operation it was decided to replace the flooring in both arenas of the complex. A small hall of “Basket-Hall” is designed for 1500 seats; a large hall can accommodate seven thousand spectators.

A meeting on the implementation of program “Available Environment” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic A.M. Frolov. The meeting was attended by representatives of branch ministries and project organizations. The participants discussed the work being carried out according to the program. As of today, each ministry has a list of instructions for adapting the facilities. The main achievement of the program is a comprehensive approach. Every socially significant facility provides access to all categories of people with disabilities (musculoskeletal system, hearing and vision disorders).

Today a videoconference meeting on the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools was held by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated therein. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin made a keynote report.

Minister I.E. Faizullin chaired a meeting of the interdepartmental commission to resolve issues of resettlement of citizens of village Alan in Nizhnekamsky area and village Martysh in Tukayevsky area. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L. Alyashev, Director General of “Kazan Scientific and Production Department Orgneftekhimzavody” OJSC I.F. Mukhametshin, Executive Director of  NO “GZhF under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan” T.M. Abdullin and heads of the executive committees of Nizhnekamsky and Tukayevsky areas T.Kh.Kamaletdinov and R.V. Asylgarayev accordingly. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L. Alyashev reported on the work carried out by the commission. The participants discussed the issues of the resettlement of the citizens.

 A meeting on the construction of the Kazan underground took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The meeting was held by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin. The meeting was attended by heads of ministries as well as representatives of contracting organizations involved in the construction.

Today President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on project “SMART City Kazan”. The meeting was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan and attended by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as heads of major companies of the Republic. Opening the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov noted that project “SMART City Kazan” played a strategic role in the development of Kazan as an international metropolis. “The project is a kind of a driver for the development of our capital. This is one of the most attractive points of the development that we have, and it is the most promising one”, said the President. It is to be recalled that the project is being supervised by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan represented by the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan; the operator of the project is a specially created organization “Corporation of the development of the Republic of Tatarstan” OJSC interacts with an international working group. Master plan “SMART City Kazan” is being developed by Malaysian companies AJM Planning & Urban Design Group, Straits Consulting Engineers together with SUE “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt”.

Today, a meeting on the issue of power supply for the Venues of the 27th World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic I.E. Faizullin. The meeting was attended by heads of ministries, representatives of subordinate enterprises, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, “Network Company” OJSC and ANO “Executive Committee of the 27th World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan”.
