Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh. Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.

Today Chairman of the Russian Audit Chamber Sergei Stepashin leaves Kazan. As a part of the activities carried out in Kazan he awarded Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin with a certificate of honour of the Russian Audit Chamber for strengthening of the cooperation and effecting the state financial control, and a medal “For strengthening the financial control of Russia”. The decision to award the Minister with the medal was made by the General Committee of the association of control and audit bodies of the Russian Federation.

Chairman of the Russian Audit Chamber Sergei Stepashin suggested using the project of the new football stadium for 45 000 spectators in Kazan as a base one when constructing similar sports facilities in other cities of Russia, especially during the preparation for the World Cup 2018. According to Sergei Stepashin the football stadium being constructed in Kazan meets all the FIFA requirements and its project could be taken as a basis. This was announced at the joint meeting of the Russian Audit Chamber and the Board of the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on the audit of the expenditure of budget funds allocated for the organization, preparation and hosting of the 27th World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan. The meeting was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan and attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin.

Today, Chairman of the Russian Audit Chamber Sergei Stepashin being accompanied by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new airport terminal, a medical center of the Athletes’ Village, the Agro-industrial Park and a football stadium under construction in Kazan.

Today, a meeting with the delegation from the Omsk region took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K. Karimov. Experts of the Ministry as well as of its subordinate enterprises participated therein.

The Omsk delegation was headed by leader of the project on the development of fund “Zhilishe” in the Omsk region R.R. Mirsayapov and head of the Department for innovative technologies development of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Housing of the Omsk region A.A.Boiko.

Issues of major repairs in apartment houses and the work of the information system of the Fund for monitoring the housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered during the meeting. Moreover, the participants shared their experience in housing construction.

As the representatives of the Omsk delegation noted that Tatarstan was a dynamic republic which could share its great experience in the implementation of successful projects.

The third awarding ceremony when the award of magazine “Stroiekspertiza” “Professional in the construction sector 2012” is given, will take place on December 23d, 2012. The ceremony is held together with the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. 50 best companies being the winners of various categories will receive the main prize i.e. a statuette and a diploma. All stakeholders are invited to participate in the event.

A joint meeting of the Board of Directors of Regional Employers Trade Association “Utility Enterprises Union of the Republic of Tatarstan” and a self-regulatory organization Partnership Council of Regional Non-Profit Partnership “Association of organizations managing apartment houses of the Republic of Tatarstan” took place today. The meeting was held by Chairman of the Board of Directors of Regional Employers Trade Association “Utility Enterprises Union of the Republic of Tatarstan” A.A. Khairullin. Heads of executive committees of municipalities as well as heads of enterprises and organizations of housing and public utilities of the Republic participated therein.

Today, a round table meeting of the Federal Fund for Housing Development (Fund “RZhS”) on the formation of the approaches to the integrated development of the land plots for housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today the Fund “RZhS” is one of the largest players in the land market which has effective tools to develop the economy class residential property market. Since 2007 the annual volume of the housing construction in Tatarstan exceeded 2 million square meters and continues to grow every year. Currently, large metropolitan areas of the Republic are short of land plots to carry out further housing construction.

A round table meeting of the Federal Fund for Housing Development (Fund “RZhS”) on the formation of the approaches to the integrated development of the land plots for housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan will take place on December 11th, 2012. Deputy Director General of the “Fund RZhS” Aleksei Fursin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, representatives of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan City Administration as well as heads of construction companies and banks will participate in the event.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov ordered the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan to take special control over the compliance with safety rules during the construction of the football stadium for 45.000 spectators for the Universiade 2013. It should be noted that the areas of the Republic responded to the call to help construct this great facility. “The construction of the stadium is a common cause. We are constructing a large facility. No one asks anyone for any extra work”, said Rustam Minnikhanov at the weekly republican meeting held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan when addressing the heads of the areas. “There will be a very good facility in Kazan to be proud of. Everyone should participate. I promised that everyone will be provided with a subscription. The Prosecutor will also be given with a subscription to go to football matches and check the work quality. Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Kafil Amirov complained that the stadium is constructed by the workers who are not instructed in occupational safety. He asked to pay attention to the compliance with occupational safety not allow this facility to become a sad monument of the violation of safety rules.
