Today, State Councillor of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Republican Fund “Vozrozhdenie” Mintimer Shaimiyev presented builders with state awards. Mintimer Shaimiyev reported that the awarding ceremony was to be held on the Builder's Day in August, but the builders had asked to defer the event to a later date. Therefore, it was decided to organize a ceremony this day. “We did not know about these snow storms, but we're stronger than the circumstances. We decided to meet today to honor your contribution to our noble work. We are pleased that there is such a group of builders including architects, designers, archaeological surveys, scientists and restorers united by the work on the revival of Bolgar and Sviyazhsk”,  said the State Councillor of the Republic of Tatarstan adding that he had no doubt  that the work was after everyone’s heart. He said that Bolgar and Sviyazhsk were being restored. Currently the work is being carried out at 61 objects.

Today, a meeting on the main directions of the Concept of housing stock management in the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov. The development of the Concept was discussed together with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Regional Employers Trade Association “Utility Enterprises Union of the Republic of Tatarstan” A.A. Khairullin, heads of housing and public utilities as well as representatives of branch ministries and departments. Each participant of the meeting expressed his own point of view on the main points of the future concept and made suggestions for its improvement. It should be noted that the essence of the document is to improve the interaction between all the participants of the housing and public utilities sector as well as to make it open and transparent.

The work of the State Corporation – Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities for the period of 2007-2012, and the prospects for its work in 2013-2015 were discussed today at an extended meeting held together with the Board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was attended by Director General of the Fund of Housing and Public Utilities Konstantin Tsitsin, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, representatives of federal and regional authorities as well as experts in the field of housing and public utilities. 74 representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation participated in the meeting.

Opening the meeting, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that the work of the Fund had financially stabilized the housing sector, begun its modernization, significantly reduced energy consumption and provided target social support for low-income citizens.

The Press Service of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan is starting the accreditation for an extended meeting “On the work of the State Corporation – Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities for the period of 2007-2012., and the prospects for its work in 2013-2015” to be held on December 25th, 2012 in Kazan.

Representatives of federal and regional authorities as well as experts in the field of housing and public utilities will attend the meeting.

Today, another meeting with the contractors was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yury Alyashev in special economic zone “Alabuga”. The construction of engineering and transport infrastructure of the special economic zone within the framework of the existing agreements as well as the tasks to be carried out by the contractors in 2013 were discussed at the meeting.

Today, employees of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan attended a lecture on the topic “Overview of typical cases of conflict of interest in the public service of the Russian Federation and the procedure for its arrangement”

First Deputy Director General of Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities Vladimir Talalykin will outline the main directions and approaches to the implementation of programs on major repairs in apartment houses and citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock as well as the modernization of the municipal infrastructure in 2013-2015.
