A meeting on pollution elimination in Lake Sredny Kaban took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing F.M. Khanifov. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing R.K.Karimov, experts of Housing and Construction Units of the Ministry as well as experts on the environment and subsurface resources management participated therein.
A meeting on the implementation of a long-term target program of the Republic of Tatarstan “Available environment” in 2011-2012” was held today by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of branch ministries and design organizations participated therein.
Today, a meeting with representatives of the Finnish Technical Research Centre VTT on eco-energy efficient construction took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan V.N. Kudryashev. Experts of the Ministry and design institutes participated therein.
Today, a round table meeting on the development of rented housing and mechanisms to implement the programs on citizens movement from the failing housing stock on the terms of renting residential accommodation was held in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the State Corporation – the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities, “Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending” OJSC and the Fund “Institute for Urban Economics”. The meeting was attended by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin, his deputies, Executive Director of GZhF under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan T.M. Abdullin, Director General of “Mortgage Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan” OJSC A.A. Simakov, Deputy Head of the State Public Institution “GISU RT” I.N. Nasyrov and other invited people interested in discussing the issue.
Welcoming the participants Minister I.E. Faizullin noted that it was essential to work out a lot of mechanisms both legal and financial to develop rented housing in the country. Director of the Department for regional programs of the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities O.S.Rurin said that it was time to think about amendments to the law required for the successful implementation of the planned projects.
Today a videoconference meeting on the implementation of the law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F.Muratov participated therein. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin made a keynote report. A major part of his report was devoted to the development of the programs for the next year as the programs of 2012 had mainly been completed.
