Today, a meeting on the replacement of elevating equipment with expired service life was held in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K. Karimov. Representatives of municipalities and experts of the Ministry participated therein.
Head of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia Igor Slyunyaev met with President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin and Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov.
The issues of the participation of the Republic in federal programs coordinated by the Ministry of Regional Development, in particular, sub-program “Promotion of Housing Construction Development Programs of constituent entities of the Russian Federation” of federal target program “Housing” for 2011 – 2015, were discussed at the meeting.
Today, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin is on his working trip in Moscow where he took part in a meeting organized by the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing. The meeting considered the issues of the implementation of pilot projects for the economy class housing construction. The meeting was chaired by Head of the Agency V.I. Kogan.
I.E. Faizullin noted that, first of all, it was essential to improve the mechanisms of the state support when speaking about the economy class housing construction. There must be two main directions which were the basis for the national project implementation scheme: to promote housing market supply (to support construction companies and comprehensive projects of land development), and to increase the demand (measures to increase the availability of housing for wider population).
Today, a videoconference meeting on provision of municipalities of the Republic with area planning and zoning documents took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister and Chief Architect of Tatarstan V.N.Kudryashev. All the municipalities of Tatarstan participated therein.
As of today, the Republic is completing the preparation of area planning documents for the municipalities.
9 area planning schemes for the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan (Zelenodolsky, Almetyevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Laishevsky, Spassky, Bugulminsky, Mendeleyevsky, Verkhneuslonsky and Zainsky areas) have been approved
28 area planning draft schemes are being approved, and 6 area planning schemes are being developed.
In spring of 2012 776 Executive Committees of the areas of the Republic decided to start developing general layouts.
Today a videoconference meeting on the implementation of the law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools was held by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Works on major repairs in apartment houses were performed for a total amount of 4 billion 367 million rubles equal to 99.95% of the annual limit. GZhI accepted the acts for 98% of the work performed. Major repairs completed in 879 houses, GZhI signed the acceptance acts for 837 houses.
As of October 26th, 2012, 4 billion 402 million rubles equal to 93% of the annual amount (including the extra program) have been transferred to the accounts of Managing Companies and Homeowners Associations.
A draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on the results of the All-Russian competition for “The most improved urban (rural) settlement of Russia” in 2011 was reviewed and approved at the meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation. The draft was developed by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
The competition was held for six categories of municipalities: urban settlements (urban districts) which are administrative centers (capitals) of constituent entities of the Russian Federation; urban settlements (urban districts) with a population up to 100 thousand people; rural settlements with a population from 5 thousand people and more; rural settlements with a population of 3 to 5 thousand people; and rural settlements with a population up to 3 thousand people.
Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin together with Minister of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan R.T.Burganov as well as representatives of the Executive Committee of Kazan, design institutes and the Executive Committee of the 27th World Summer Universiade inspected the Venues of the Republic as well as the three metro station under construction. The inspection is carried out every Thursday. This time the event included the inspection of Shooting Complex, a training area of Tulpar Stadium, Gymnastics Center, an indoor riding-house of Kazan Equestrian and Sports Complex, Raketa, Tasma and Rubin Stadiums.
