On October 23d, 2012 a joint meeting of the Executive Committee of the republican organization of Tatarstan (Russian Builders’ Union) with the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Labour Palace. The main item on the agenda was the progress of the preparation of enterprises and construction companies for the autumn and winter period of 2012-2013 and the on-the-job injury rate following the results of the 9 months of 2012 in the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as the tasks to prevent the injuries in 2012-2015.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the State Labour Inspection in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Volga Region administration of the Federal Service of Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision. The Ministry was presented by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin.
According to the decree No. 3-10/э of 28/09/2012 of the State Committee on tariffs of the Republic of Tatarstan the existing electricity tariffs for citizens and the equivalent categories of consumers were changed in order to use energy resources efficiently and ensure the reliability of the power network of the Republic of Tatarstan. This document stipulates the change in tariffs only differentiated by two times of a day (day and night).
The presentation of holding company “Kompozit” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. Head of the Department for Housing and Public Utilities A.Yu.Abdullayev and experts of the Ministry and brunch enterprises participated in the event.
Today a meeting on the implementation of the program “Accessible Environment” was held in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin and Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan A.R.Shafigullin. The issues discussed include the application of funds for the objects of the program, the progress of the work of the program of this year, the situation at the facilities requiring special attention of the relevant ministries, the development of the draft program for 2013. The meeting was attended by representatives of design and contracting organizations.
Minister I.E. Faizullin instructed to complete the work specified by the program in the shortest possible time.The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a seminar on “New in the legislation to ensure industrial safety of state-owned hazardous production facilities”. The seminar will be attended by representatives of the Territorial Administration of Privolzhsky Federal District of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department for Civil Protection of the Executive Committee of Kazan city and the Country Council of Tatarstan branch of all-Russian organization “Russian Union of Rescuers”.
