Today in Nizhnekamsk city there was held a regular meeting of the Republican staff in charge of construction of oil processing network and petrochemical plant of “TANEKO” OJSC where the current issues concerning the construction were discussed, and the following tasks for general contractors and major subcontractors were set: to take measures to fulfill its obligations to submit engineering drawings and to close the comments of supervisory authorities.

In honor of the Builder’s Day in the course of the meeting heads of organizations which had done their best during the construction of the Complex were awarded with diplomas and letters of thanks of the Ministry.

Today the equipment purchase contracts to update the existing production were signed between “Stroiservis” CJSC (Mamadyshsky brick factory) and Spanish companies EQUIPCERAMIC, SA and Talleres Felipe Verdés, S.A. in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The documents were signed in the presence of Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin and Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan T.M. Abdullin.

 “Stroiservis” CJSC is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of ceramic bricks in the region. The company was the first to participate in the social mortgage program as well as in the programs on providing housing for young people and veterans of the Second World War. The main product customer is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today a working meeting on the adoption of the standards of public utilities consumption took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister A.M. Frolov.

It is to be recalled that on September 1st, 2012 new rules for providing public utilities shall come into force, and for the application thereof it is essential to approve the standards of public utilities consumption.

In the context of the adoption of the Federal Law of 27/07/2010 No. 237-FZ the authority to approve the standards of public utilities consumption (except gas and electric power supply) were referred to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 2/12/2010 No. 976.

Today a follow-up videoconference meeting on the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation of 21/07/2007 No.185-FZ “On the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities”, major repairs in schools, construction, repairs and modernization of medical stations took place in the Government House. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov chaired the meeting.   First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F. Muratov participated therein. The keynote report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin. As usual he began his report with the issues on safety compliance at facilities.

Today a leading consultant of the unit of development and monitoring of targeted programs of the Ministry V.Ye.Osipov was presented with a subscription for the football season 2012-2013. The subscription was presented by midfielder of “Rubin” Bibras Natkho.

Today a meeting on the installation of domestic heating plants in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.
