Today the Republican staff for the preparation for the heating season of 2012-2013 started its work in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work plan of the preparation for winter was discussed at the video conference meeting.
Development and registration of the System was considered and approved by the Board of the System including representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, self-regulatory organizations, the authority for housing and public utilities certification, specialized educational institutions, homeowners associations and contracting housing management organizations.
Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Republican Sectoral Employers’ Association “Association of Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held today in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing. The issues concerning energy saving and increase of energy efficiency by public utilities were considered at the meeting with the participation of executive committees of municipal areas as well as sectoral enterprises.
Today there was held the All-Russian conference call concerning the preparation of enterprises of housing and public utilities and energy supply for the autumn-winter period, as well as the implementation of regional programs by constituent entities of the Russian Federation using the resources of the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities. Among the other issues utility tariffs in 2012 were also discussed. The conference was held by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation D.N.Kozak. The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin participated in the conference.
Major repairs were completed in 215 of 849 apartment houses included in the program on major repairs in 2012, in 30 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time acceptance certificates were signed by the State Housing Inspection (GZhI) only for 28 houses. Such information was given today at the republican videoconference meeting held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan with all municipal districts of the Republic. The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov who was in Naberezhnye Chelny city, took part in the videoconference meeting. Today a videoconference meeting concerning the implementation of a long-term targeted program of the Republic of Tatarstan “The available environment” for 2011-2012” was held in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov. Representatives of construction and design organizations as well as republic municipalities participated in the meeting.
Today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a press tour around the Universiade Venues under construction: Football Stadium for 45 000 spectators and Aquatics Palace. The journalists were accompanied by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing F.M.Khanifov and Deputy Minister A.S. Akhmetshin.
Head of the department of the state customer of federal targeted programs and investment projects of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation V.V.Alekseyev visited Kazan. His visit was connected with the preparation for the 27th World Summer Universiade 2013. In the course of the trip he visited and held working meetings at the following Venues i.e. Rowing Centre, International Information Center and Football stadium for 45 thousands spectators.
