The housing construction program of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 was developed item-by-item in the amount of 2 million 321 thousand square meters. Among them 20 % are included in the social mortgage program; investment apartment housing – 41%; low rise housing construction – 39%. This information was given today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the republican meeting concerning commissioning of housing and housing construction for veterans.

The video-conference meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipal areas in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin being on his working trip in Moscow, took part in the meeting of the working group of the State Duma committee on housing policy and Housing and Public Utilities concerning preparation of the draft of the Federal Law “On modification of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” (about the development of a system of financing of major repairs in apartment houses) for consideration in the second reading. The working group was created according to the decision taken at the meeting of the faction of All-Russian political party “Yedinaya Rossiya”.

Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin is on a working trip in Moscow. He took part in the meeting of the Committee of the Federation Council on economic policy where the draft of the federal law on modification of the law “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” was discussed. His report was devoted to the implementation of the program on citizens movement from              failing housing stock.

The sources of financing of the programs are the funds of the State Corporation – Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities, the funds of the budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal units. In case of the implementation of the program for three years the number of the inhabitants will equal to 4 784 people moved from 1 315 houses with a total area of 62 163.44 square meters.

Today the presentation of the multipurpose construction organization “StroiInzhSistem” LLC took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin participated in the event.

Magazine “Chairman of Homeowners Association” with the support of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation announces the holding of All-Russian literary and art competition “My home is My responsibility” in 2012. The awarding ceremony for the winners of the competition 2012 will take place in the large hall of the Public Chamber on December 12th, 2012.

Today the internal meeting of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan “On results of arrangement of fuel and energy and housing complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan during the heating season of 2011/2012, and tasks for preparation for heating season of 2012/2013” was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.khalikov and with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.
