Today a kickoff meeting concerning the establishment and the determination of the standards for public utilities services consumption by the population of the Republic was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing A.M.Frolov. The representatives of committees of municipal units and organizations rendering water supply and water disposal services took part in the meeting.

Today a videoconference meeting was held with the heads of municipal units of the Republic under the supervision of First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing F.M.Khanifov.

Major repairs in apartment houses as well as elevator equipment updating were considered at the meeting.

“Electric Mains Enterprise” LLC completed the installation of the electric power line to the construction objects as well as the installation of 28 supports, and laid the self-supporting insulated wire of 1460 meters. The construction of Checkpoint No.1 and Checkpoint No.2 as well as the construction of a temporary water supply line and temporary roads was completed, 7834 square meters of pavement slabs were installed on the temporary roads.

The affiliates of “Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC (Administration of Construction Mechanization and “KamgesFundamentStroi” LLC) completed excavation works and piling underneath the foundations of the compressor station at the facility: “14/01 Compression unit with auxiliary equipment” and underneath the foundation of technical platform road 101 (PR-101).

Installation and construction work is being carried out by the general contractors for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure facilities in SEZ “Alabuga”.

CJSC “Trest Kamdorstroi” completed the installation of an asphalt coat on motor roads М-7 and Ш-5 as well as on the turnaround of motor road Ш-9, the corridors of the above mentioned motor roads are being improved and the utility lines are being transferred. Altogether from the beginning of the construction season 39.9 million rubles were used.

OJSC “Kamgesenergostroi” completed the construction of the enclosure of the 2d line of Industrial Production Special Economic Zone “Alabuga”, commissioning work at water injection stations КНС-3 and КНС-4 is being carried out, networks routing of water supply lines are being tested and the installation of the manholes of storm water drainage and sanitary sewer is being completed. Altogether from the beginning of this year 39.8 million rubles were used. Subsequent to the results of the open auctions of OJSC “SEZ IP “Alabuga” and OJSC “Kamgesenergostroi” there were signed 3 new agreements for utility facilities construction. At the present moment the contractor is purchasing the materials and preparing for installation and construction work.

A round table meeting was held in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of First Deputy Director General of the State Corporation – the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities V.M.Talalykin and Director of the Department of Regional Programs of the State Corporation – the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities O.S. Rurin. The participants of the meeting discussed the issues concerning the fund of public utilities and software programs in the Housing and Public Utilities. The meeting was held by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan F.M.Khanifov.

Today under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minikhanov a follow-up videoconference meeting concerning construction and commissioning of housing, provision of the veterans of the Second World War with housing as well as the implementation of the Republic’s targeted program on citizens’ movement from failing housing stock was held in the Government House. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated in the meeting. The key report was made by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.

Today First Deputy Director General of the State Corporation – the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities V.M.Talalykin and Director of the Department of Regional Programs of the State Corporation – the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities O.S.Rurin are on their working trip in Kazan. The round table meeting was held with the participation thereof in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The prospects of the implementation of the program on citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock were discussed during the meeting. The   meeting was held by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan F.M.Khanifov.

Today the presentation of new technologies of the Research and Development Center “SKANEKS” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan V.N.Kudryashev participated in the event.
