Today a follow-up videoconference meeting concerning the implementation of the Federal Law of 21/07/2007 No. 185-FZ “On the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan. The key report was given by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin. The Minister started with the issue concerning major repairs in apartment houses.
Today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a media tour for its journalist pool to Kazan metro stations under construction. The representatives of mass media were accompanied by Deputy Head of the State Public Institution “Directorate for underground transport works construction” of Kazan Dmitry Gerasimov and Deputy Head of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Kazmetrostroi” Veniamin Terzimanov.
Today the republican stage of the all-Russian competition of professional skills “Best in profession” in category “Best bricklayer” took place in Kazan construction college. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S. Akhmetshin acted as a chairman of the competition jury. In his speech he mentioned a specific significance of the competition aimed at both the increase of occupational prestige and joining of the industry experts.
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation held a telephone conference concerning the accomplishment of organizational legal measures required for the implementation of the Federal Law of February 29th 2012 No.15-FZ “On amendments in certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation as related to housing provision for orphaned children and children without parental support” in the constituents of the Russian Federation. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov took part in the conference.
Today a meeting of the Council on Regional Voluntary Certification System in the area of housing “ZhKS-Kachestvo” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov.
Today a briefing “On a two-month's environmental health campaign for cleaning up the territories of cities and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan” took place in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov participated in the briefing.
The participants among whom there were representatives of ministries and departments of the Republic summarized the results of a two-month’s environmental health campaign held therein.
Today the development of the left running tunnel leading from metro station “Dekabristov” to metro station “Kozya sloboda” was completed by the tunnel-boring unit NFM Altynchech.
For the period from November 30th, 2011 to June 4th, 2012 1363 running meters were developed. Maximum speed of the developing works in April 2012 equaled to 318 running meters per month.
The State corporation – the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities admitted 2 requests of the Republic of Tatarstan for financial support to be granted by the Fund to carry out major repairs in apartment houses as well as to move citizens from the failing housing stock. It is to be recalled that the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities increased the limit of its financial support for some constituents of the Russian Federation including the Republic of Tatarstan, in the framework of the implementation of regional targeted programs on the restructuring of housing and public utilities depending on the efficiency of the work being done.
