The contest is coincided with the Children’s Day and held in the entrance hall of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Ministry officers’ children take part in the contest for the best drawing.

The round table concerning methodological support for town-planning and development of the territories was held today within the framework of the 19th all-Russian forum “Geoinformatics in Russia. Actual status and future development” in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Interregional Non-Governmental Organization “GIS-Asotsiatsia”.

First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan F.M. Khanifov as well as the Head of Architecture and Town-planning Department N.G. Vasilyev participated in the event. Among the participants there were also experts and heads of enterprises dealing with information technologies.

Open Day was held today in Kazan training center of TekhnoNIKOL Corporation. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin as well as heads of branch departments, trading partners and representatives of  educational institutions took part in the event. Within the framework of the Open Day the guests were given a brief tour along the center. The equipment for practical studies meets modern requirements to get full skills in erection and insulation of roof and building sides and foundation sealing.

According to the order of the Head of Civil Defense of the Republic of Tatarstan – Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan of 04/05/2012 No. 6 special tactical training exercises called “Actions of territorial united team of mechanization of operations for emergency response” were carried out on May 25th, 2012 by the republican united team of mechanization of operations No. 2 created under the auspices of Kamenergostroi OJSC in Naberezhnye Chelny city. The exercises were carried out under the guidance of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Head of Engineering Services of Civil Defense of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin.

Republican videoconference meeting concerning realization of the law of the Russian Federation of 21/07/2007 No. 185-FZ “On the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan, major repairs of schools and implementation of the program of construction, minor and major repairs of primary health care facilities in municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated in the meeting, and the key report was made by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.

A great ceremony of laying “the corner stone” into the foundation of the carbon fiber production factory “Alabuga volokno” LLC, that is the biggest one in the Russian Federation, was held today in special economic zone “Alabuga”. The capacity of the factory will be equal to 1500 tons per year. It is supposed to create 250 work positions for highly qualified staff. The factory will be equipped up to the state of the art, and produced composite materials will be competitive on the world market.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin, Director General of the State Corporation “Rosatom” S.V.Kiriyenko, Deputy Minister of Economic development of the Russian Federation O.G.Savelyev, Director General of “Holding company “Kompozit” CJSC L.B.Melamed as well as heads of republican ministries and departments took part in the ceremony.

A republican meeting following the results of the completion of the heating season of 2011-2012 of  Housing and Public Utilities enterprises of rural areas reporting to the Housing and Public Utilities organization “Production association “Tatkommunzhilservis” LLC was held in Verkhny Uslon. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin, Director General of “Production association “Tatkommunzhilservis” LLC I.I.Nuriakhametov, the head of Verkhneuslonsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan M.G.Ziatdinov as well as representatives of municipal enterprises of Housing and Public utilities  participated in the meeting.

Today the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin held a working meeting in the Athletes’ Village that is a Venue of World University Games. The mayor of the Athletes’ Village F.S.Abdulganiev, representatives of Capital Construction Management of Kazan as well as representatives of a general contractor “Kazantsentrstroi” participated in the meeting. The issues concerning the commissioning of International Information Center situated within the territory of the Athletes’ Village as well as catering during the Universiade 2013 were discussed at the meeting.

The Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin and First Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan F.M. Khanifov took part in the briefing related to the construction work progress at the Universiade 2013 Venues.

All municipal areas of the Republic participated in the briefing held as a videoconference.

During the briefing the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin announced that 65 Sports Venues whereof 30 Venues are objects of new construction and financed from the budget of the Russian Federation, are supposed to be used in order to stage the 27th World Summer Universiade 2013.

Today a working meeting chaired by First Deputy Minister F.M. Khanifov took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing. At the meeting there was ordered to prepare a request for the additional limit equal to 200 million rubles given by the State corporation,  for its defense in the State corporation - the Fund  assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities.
