The RT Ministry of construction, architecture and housing invites you to the Research and Technology Council meeting “Tubes and fabricated products of polyethylene application instead of the traditionally used ones (metal, concrete, enforced concrete and others) by reconstruction, modernization and new construction of water supply and canalization systems for the purposes of the RT water utilities net improvement”. The meeting will deal with issues of the polyethylene tubes application of the largest in RT manufacturer – ZAO “Tekhstroy”(Kazan).

The following issues are on the agenda: expediency of polyethylene tubes application instead of the traditional ones in the Kazan city water supply and canalization system; effective solution of polyethylene pipelines assembly offered by ZAO “Tekhstroy”; emergency, reconstruction and current repair activity of polyethylene pipelines (peculiarities, benefits, technology); state and private enterprises partnership in the field of housing for modernization, reconstruction and new construction of water supply and sewage nets in RT.

 The meeting will take place in the Ministry of Housing, architecture and housing on March 29, 2012 at 14:00 by the address: Kazan, Dzerzhinsky str., 10, office 308.

The VII professional show-competition “KVN” for the title of “The best knowledge of labor protection and labor legislation in construction field of the Republic of Tatarstan 2012” was held in the Kazan Architecture and Construction University for the purposes of the measures popularization aimed at prevention of industrial injuries and improvement of labor conditions, legal knowledge distribution and labor protection promotion.

The show-competition  “KVN” has been organized by the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan  together with the Tatarstan republican organization “Trade Union of the Russian Construction Enterprises” and The Union of the constructors of the republic. It is dedicated to the World day of Labor Protection.

The teams of “Kamenergostroy” OJSC, “House construction industrial complex” OOO, Naberezhnye Chelny, “UK Glavneftegazstroyservice” OOO, Almetyevsk and educational institutions: Kazan Architecture and Construction University, Kazan Construction College and Vocational lyceum No2 participated in the show-competition “KVN”.

The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan invites you to the free seminar-presentation of the dry construction mixtures manufacturer in the Republic of Tatarstan of the group companies “Baulux”.

Main topics of the event: technological and ecological benefits of dry construction mixtures «Baulux»; innovation technologies and products of «Baulux-Group» in GNB design; technological potential of «Baulux-Group» in the construction market of the Republic of Tatarstan supply; achievements in the field of dry construction mixtures production and their application at the construction sites; application of super-concretes and repair mixtures in bridge and tunnel construction, foundations improvement; the assortment of the manufactured products expanding prospects.

The program envisages the reports of the leading specialists of the manufacturer and experience exchange of the seminar participants.

Seminar will take place on 27.03.2012  at 13:00 by the address: the city of Almetyevsk, Promzona, 9 (the bus from Kazan will start on 27.03.2012  at 10:00 a.m.).

The Meeting in the form of the video-conference took place today in the House of the Government. It was chaired by R.N.Minnikhanov, the RT President, and dedicated to the issues of housing construction and operation, dwelling areas provision to the veterans of GPW, the targeted republican program realization of the citizens transfer from the dangerous dwelling areas.F.M.Khanifov, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing, delivered the main report.

Today the seminar within the frames of the program “Accessible environment” realization took place in the center of social rehabilitation “Idel” in the city of Zelenodolsk. The Chairmen of the district and city organizations TRO VOI participated in the seminar.

The main discussed topic was the infrastructure development, which could be adaptable not only for the physically challenged persons, but for everybody, who experience difficulties in movement. It is notable, that Tatarstan, together with Tverskaya and Saratovskaya regions, is participating in the pilot project of making accessible conditions for the challenged people and low-mobile groups of population in the buildings and constructions, objects of social infrastructure and services in their priority life spheres.

The Seminar “Prices formation and estimate rate making system in construction. Investment projects realization efficiency improvement” will be held in April 18-19, 2012 in the CTRC «Korston» for top managers and employees of the construction field enterprises, investors and branch subdivisions. The Seminar will be organized by the Republican Engineering-technical center together with the  Ministry of construction, architecture and housing-communal services  of the Republic of Tatarstan and participating top managers and leading employees of the   Federal center of price formation on construction, Ministry of the regional Development of the Russian Federation, National Association of estimate rate making and price engineering of Krasnodarsky region.

The parties discussed the procedure of the multifamily residential houses capital repair in the Republic, the results of construction and housing-communal complex activity in RT in 2011, as well as the housing construction issues in 2012 within the frames of the commercial and social hypothec, engineering infrastructure development, erection of a number of social objects.

Today the RT Ministry of Construction, Architecture and HCS held the meeting within the frames of the joint plan for the scientific research development support realization. Innovation projects targeted for the design institutes and construction bureaus, as well as to the construction organizations fulfilling the zero stage of the buildings construction process have been considered together with the Kazan State University of Construction and Architecture (KazSCAU).

The meeting was chaired by A.S. Akhmetshin, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and HCS.

Participating were: A.M. Suleymanov, the Provost for scientific-research activity of the KazSCAU, and I.T. Mirsayapov, Head of the Basis and Foundations, Constructions dynamics and Engineering geology Department.

Ministry of construction, architecture and housing-communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Republican Trade-union Committee of Life- support system employees and the regional industrial brunch union of employers “The Communal Service Enterprises Association of the Republic of Tatarstan” is holding an annual competition-presentation “The best labor protection activity organization among enterprises of housing facilities and public utilities in the Republic of Tatarstan” for the purposes of  fostering the activity of labor conditions and protection improvement at the enterprises and in organizations of housing-communal complex, as well as for the purpose of the employers’ and trade union committees attention increase towards the issues of legislative provisions regarding labor protection fulfillment, industrial brunch and public control efficiency of labor protection improvement, industrial injuries and professional diseases rate decrease.
