The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan has organized an exhibition of children's drawings "Memory is stronger than time". It is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Based on the results of the selection procedures established by the state body, Tatarstan state civil servants have been identified for inclusion on the Electronic Honor Board based on the results of their work in 2024. The remediation of silt fields in Kazan is the only environmental facility implemented by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2025. It is included in the national project "Environmental well-being" and is transitional.

At a meeting held last Saturday at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin reported on the progress of the construction of socio-cultural facilities.

The approval of the list of facilities for the creation of new public spaces within the framework of the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" takes place with the active participation of residents through the voting procedure.

This was announced last Saturday at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin.

In Tatarstan, on May 3, the housing commissioning plan was completed by 48%, 1 million 570 thousand square meters were commissioned. 11% were commissioned through commercial construction, which is 35 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 186 thousand square meters. m. Under the social mortgage program, the annual plan was completed by 43%. Of the 35 houses that need to be built this year, 6 have been commissioned. Their total area is 69 thousand square meters. m. The largest fulfillment of the plan is recorded through individual housing construction. 1 million 314.5 thousand square meters have been commissioned here.

So, this year it is planned to repair 117 paramedic and obstetric stations – 56% of the work has been completed. Over the past half a month, the dynamics has reached 10%, including due to the completion of 7 FAPs in three municipalities. 16 facilities have been completed, 88 are under renovation. By the end of this month, contractors will enter the remaining 13.

The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a general meeting of the Self-regulatory organization Association "Commonwealth of Organizations managing apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" with the participation of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.

According to republican and federal programs, 213 educational facilities are planned to be repaired in Tatarstan this year.

Work is underway in 30 educational institutions. In May, contractors will start repairing 3 more schools, and preparatory work is underway. In general, the performance in general education institutions exceeds 30%.

The overhaul of apartment buildings this year affects 42 municipalities. The program includes 911 houses. Of these, 16 have special accounts that form the capital repair fund themselves.
