The work on housing construction programs was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

As of March 22, the annual housing construction plan has been completed by 35%, 1 million 145 thousand square meters have been commissioned. Commercial housing developers have completed 4% of the planned volume. The total area of 15 apartment buildings built exceeds 61 thousand square meters. m.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of construction of healthcare facilities last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan.

The roof of the secondary school named after academician R. Z. Sagdeev, 72/52 Karl Marx Street, is being repaired in Buinsk.

As part of the overhaul, the builders will replace the corrugated board, gutters and cornices. At the moment, cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment of metal roof structures (rafters) and repair of the crate has been carried out.

Today, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin held a meeting on the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 12/30/2024 No. 1126 on measures to regulate the legal status of migrants.  The meeting was attended by Assistant to the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin, Minister of Internal Affairs Damir Satretdinov, Head of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Galeev.  Government customers, developers, self-regulatory organizations and contractors were also invited to the meeting.

A solemn event dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Housing and Communal Services Workers took place today.

Rustam Nigmatullin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressed the veterans and workers of housing and communal services.

The construction of a Youth center building is being completed in the village of Vasilyevo, Zelenodolsk district of Tatarstan.

The new Youth Center "Bereg-Yar" is located on Lenin Street. The two-storey building has planned venues for an art studio, a coworking space, an assembly hall with 120 seats, a meeting room, carpentry and sewing workshops, a choreography room and public spaces.

The solemn opening of the Umka kindergarten for 220 children took place in the village of Peschanye Kovali, Laishevsky district. The event was attended by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the head of the Laishevsky district, Ildus Zaripov.

"The implementation of such a large-scale project became possible thanks to the well-coordinated work of the team. I am sure that Umka will become a second home for our kids," emphasized Ildus Zaripov.

Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, got acquainted with the construction of the first section of the second line of the Kazan metro at the 100th Anniversary of the TASSR station. He was accompanied by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and others.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with a delegation from the Kashkadarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The meeting, chaired by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev, was attended by the heads of Tatarstan's leading construction organizations.

The implementation of the republican program "Our Yard" will be continued in Tatarstan this year.  

According to Naili Zinnatullina, director of the RT Institute for Urban Development Foundation, yard preparation for the construction season will begin in the near future. "In a couple of weeks, we will start presenting the final improvement schemes to residents. I would like to remind you that the task of approving the minutes of the general meetings of owners has not yet been completed. The deadline was March 14th. As of today, out of 678 yards, protocols have been adopted for only 468 yards, another 116 sets of documents are being checked, 94 sets are still in the work of municipalities," said Naila Zinnatullina.
