The results of the work of the housing and communal complex of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023 were considered today at a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held at the Republican Ministry of Construction, held by the Chairman of the Public Council Rinat Abdullin.

Starting from January 1, 2024, the minimum contribution for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings will increase in the Republic of Tatarstan. It will amount to 7.7 rubles per 1 square meter, the corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
