Construction of 8.8 km of water supply networks has begun in Bugulma. The facility is included in the program of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", 234 million 430 thousand rubles have been allocated for this purpose.

Reconstruction of the water pipeline continues in Leninogorsk under the national project "Infrastructure for Life".

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the working group on the issue of attracting federal budget funds to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting with the participation of Anatoly Ivanov, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, was held by Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the national project "Infrastructure for Life" in Chistopol, the comprehensive development of Lenin Street from Leo Tolstoy Street to Narimanov Street has begun. The total area of the renovated public territory is 2.6 hectares.

The project provides for the reconstruction of a park with a fountain, the creation of a meeting area for teenagers, bicycle parking, an exhibition space with the manufacture and installation of structures for the exhibition, and a mock-up of the city made of bronze.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of major repair programs for social infrastructure facilities is in an active phase. This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.

Construction of a Care Home continues in Zelenodolsk, 58% of the work has been completed. This was informed by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

This facility is a transitional one – its construction with a budget of 333 million rubles began in 2024.

The federal program "Modernization of municipal infrastructure" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" is being implemented in Tatarstan. As part of the national project, measures are planned to renovate 36 facilities for a total amount of 3.15 billion rubles.

Naberezhnye Chelny is the leader in terms of the number of facilities included in the program. 29 facilities with a total length of more than 46 km will be upgraded here, with over 1.88 billion rubles provided for these purposes. Among the major ones is the construction of an economic and household sewerage system with a length of over 16 km, major repairs of 16 sections of water supply networks with a length of 19 km. As a result of the work carried out, the quality of services in the areas of sanitation and water supply for more than 516 thousand residents of Naberezhnye Chelny will improve.

In the village of Usady in the Vysokogorsky municipal district of Tatarstan, the overhaul of the children's art school continues. This facility has been included in the federal program "Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure" of the national Family project this year.

The one-story art school building with a total area of 486 square meters was built in 1981. There are 13 rooms, including an assembly hall for 200 people, 4 classrooms, an office for teachers and 2 bathrooms.

In 2025, the modernization of municipal infrastructure in Tatarstan is carried out under two programs.  In particular, this year, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, launched a new program. It includes 100 facilities, among the major ones - the reconstruction of water supply networks in Nurlat, Nurlat municipal district, the modernization of the heat supply system in the village of Jalil, Sarmanovsky municipal district, and the construction of a water pipeline from Kazan to the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky municipal district. State contracts have been concluded for 60 of them, and the rest will be concluded by the end of May.

The remediation of silt fields in Kazan is the only environmental facility implemented by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2025. It is included in the national project "Environmental well-being" and is transitional.
