The rating is based on indicators characterizing the company's ability to timely calculate on the wholesale and retail electricity markets. For 10 years, the Tatarstan sales company has maintained its leading position in this rating among guaranteeing suppliers of Russia, thereby proving the effectiveness of the chosen course of development of the company, and most importantly - it guarantees the reliability and uninterrupted supply of electricity to consumers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In Tatarstan this year, according to the social mortgage program, the commission of 130 residential buildings for 4,970 apartments with a total area of 273.6 thousand square meters is planned. The program is being implemented as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment.” This is stated in the materials for the meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. “The federal mechanisms have been integrated into the social mortgage program in the republic in order to provide housing for young families and orphans; citizens exposed to radiation, and persons equated to them; citizens who have left the regions of the Far North and territories equivalent to them, internally displaced persons, invalids, and veterans of the Great Patriotic War; as well as for the construction of housing for retired military personnel,” - the materials say. Under the program “State support to citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan in providing housing for 2019”, 119 residential buildings for 6,214 apartments with a total area of 358.1 thousand square meters were commissioned last year.
This year, it is planned to drill 30 artesian wells in the republic, install 35 water towers and lay 220 km of water supply networks. The work has been started in the Bavlinsky, Chitopolsky, Apastovsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Tetyushsky, Mamadyshsky areas. In the framework of the republican program for the replacement of boilers in houses of budgetary institutions, it is planned to replace 113 boilers at 65 facilities. According to the program for switching to individual heating systems, it is planned to transfer 1,547 apartments to an individual heating system. Also in 2020, it is planned to install 24 boilers at social facilities and the construction of 18 km of the gas pipeline. Under the program for the restoration of street lighting, the Gasification Fund plans to install 12,177 street lamps. In addition, technical inspection of facilities is ongoing in the republic as part of a modernization program for wastewater systems.
Monitoring of payment discipline of the population of Tatarstan for housing and communal services revealed that as of the 1st of April, 2020, the collection rate was 95.2%. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov. The minister said that as of the 1st of April, overdue debts of utilities for gas amounted to 529.9 million rubles. Compared to the same period last year, debt increased by 25.8 million rubles. The minister also recalled that in 2020 it is planned to repair 1 thousand 64 apartment buildings with a total area of 6.5 million square meters. 41 municipalities are participating. Today, the development of design estimates and the reliability of determining the estimated cost continues. Also, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan together with branch ministries and departments of the republic carried out work on the formation of lists of construction and overhaul programs for 2021.

On September 21-24, 2020, in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, the First Central-Eastern Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) will be held, the republic won the right to host the results of the bidding campaign. The organizer of the Congress is the ERTICO ITS Europe Association. Co-organizers of the Congress are the ministries and departments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. The organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the First Central-Eastern Congress on intelligent transport systems includes the Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, F.M.
