This year, more than 1 billion rubles will be allocated to support all categories of citizens. In particular, it is planned to provide housing for 600 orphans. It is also expected that 46 large families and 47 young families will receive support. As part of the main measures to fulfill state obligations to provide housing for categories of citizens established by federal law, it is planned to issue 35 housing certificates for a total amount of 78.24 million rubles, so certificates can be obtained by Chernobyl residents, internally displaced persons and citizens moving from the Far North.

In Tatarstan this year, according to the social mortgage program, the commission of 130 residential buildings for 4,970 apartments with a total area of ​​273.6 thousand square meters is planned. Last year, 309 orphans received housing. In Tatarstan this year, 840.7 million rubles were allocated to provide housing for orphans. It is planned to provide housing for 600 orphans. This is stated in the materials for the meeting of the State Council of RT. “In 2019, 309 orphans were provided with housing, the amount of financing amounted to 373.2 million rubles, including 328.5 million rubles from the republican budget and 44.7 million rubles from the federal budget,” - the materials said. This year, it is planned to drill 30 artesian wells in the republic, install 35 water towers and lay 220 km of water supply networks. The work has been started in the Bavlinsky, Chitopolsky, Apastovsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Tetyushsky, Mamadyshsky areas. In the framework of the republican program for the replacement of boilers in houses of budgetary institutions, it is planned to replace 113 boilers at 65 facilities. According to the program for switching to individual heating systems, it is planned to transfer 1,547 apartments to an individual heating system. Also in 2020, it is planned to install 24 boilers at social facilities and the construction of 18 km of the gas pipeline. Under the program for the restoration of street lighting, the Gasification Fund plans to install 12,177 street lamps. In addition, technical inspection of facilities is ongoing in the republic as part of a modernization program for wastewater systems.

Monitoring of payment discipline of the population of Tatarstan for housing and communal services revealed that as of the 1st of April, 2020, the collection rate was 95.2%. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov. The minister said that as of the 1st of April, overdue debts of utilities for gas amounted to 529.9 million rubles. Compared to the same period last year, debt increased by 25.8 million rubles.
