A delegation from the Voronezh Region headed by the Minister of Housing and Communal Services and Energy of the Voronezh Region Evgeny Bazhanov visited the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan during a working trip to the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

On October 17, Kazan will host a forum on commercial real estate, which will become a platform for sharing experiences and discussing topical issues in this area. More than 150 participants, including construction companies, architects, real estate agencies and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, will gather to discuss key topics related to the development of the construction sector.

A round table on the topic: "Above 20: how to buy a house in autumn 2024" was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction with the participation of representatives of developers.  The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

Due to investments of the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan in the residential area "Salavat Kupere" of Kazan, it is planned to complete 6 residential buildings for 880 apartments by the end of this year.

As part of the implementation of the Smart City urban digitalization project, the Ministry of Construction of Russia, together with the People's Front, is launching an action dedicated to the initiative "Everything for Victory!", the purpose of which is to raise funds within the framework of the Smart City project.

The meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Urban development in historical settlements was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, permanent members of the commission, heads of departments and members of the architectural community took part in the work.

Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, visited a number of sites in the historical center of Kazan. He was accompanied by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and assistant to the Rais of the Republic Olesya Baltusova.

From October 1 to October 4, 2024, the IV International Construction Championship in 25 nominations was held in Yekaterinburg. The event was held within the framework of the International Construction Week, organized by the ANO "Russia – the Land of Opportunities" and the Government of the Sverdlovsk region.

As part of the Year of the Customer, announced in 2024, the Republican Ministry of Construction, together with the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a seminar on the relevant topic - "Requirements for the preparation of design assignments and engineering survey assignments for the development of project documentation." The event was held by Vladimir Kudryashev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
