Program “Major repairs of apartment houses” has been implemented in Kamsko- Ustinsky municipal for several years already. This work was entrusted to the management companies and HOA. The ​​activities for maintenance and repair of apartment houses in village Kamskoye Ustye are being carried out by LLC “Management Company “Nash Dom”.

Today, international industrial corporation 3M, being a leader in developing innovative solutions for the oil and gas, telecommunications, electrical and electronics industry laid the corner stone in the foundation of the plant for the production of corrosion protection products for the oil and gas industry (liquid epoxy coating, liquid polyurethane), glass microspheres, abrasive belts and discs, as well as industrial adhesives and tapes, located in special economic zone “Alabuga”.

A workshop on “Regional programs on major repairs of the common property in apartment buildings. Organization of the regional operator activities” will be held on December 17th-18th, 2013 in Kazan.

The grand opening of the center took place in village Pelevo in Laishevsky municipal area of Tatarstan. A rural culture hose and a first-aid station are accommodated in one building.

The opening ceremony was attended by Head of the area Mikhail Afanasyev, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin and Head of LLC “StroiKom” Lenar Grigoryev.

Today, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan is on a working visit in Moscow. During the visit, he took part in the All-Russian conference with Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men on the monitoring of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On measures to provide the citizens of the Russian Federation with affordable and comfortable housing and to improve the quality of housing and public utilities”.

A number of social programs in the field of construction and purchase of housing    are being implemented in Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal area. During 10 months of 2013 they already introduced 9,825 square meters of housing, which is 103.4 % of the plan.

We inform you that the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs will hold the 1st All-Russian Assembly “Housing -2024” on November 22-24, 2013 in Yaroslavl.

This year, 82 complexes combining a divisional police station with living quarters are to be built in 39 areas of Tatarstan. Two houses for rural local police officers are being built in Almetyevsky area under the Integrated Program on Crime Prevention in the Republic of Tatarstan scheduled for 2011-2014 in the villages of Novoye Kashirovo and Russky Aktash.

On November 12th, 2013, a meeting of the contest commission was held by Order of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the competition to determine the best cultural facilities in the settlements of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, constructed under Republic’s program “Rural Clubs”.

Prior to the meeting, the participants accompanied by Rector Ilshat Gafurov, visited several scientific and educational buildings of Kazan Federal University. They inspected a training and laboratory building and a new campus of the Institute of Basic Medicine and Biology (74 Karl Marx Street, 18 Volkov Street), a 3D- Centre of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technology (4/5 Kremlyovskaya Street), as well as a renovated room on the 7th and 8th floors of the second academic building (35 Kremlyovskaya Street).
